David's experience includes serving as Economic Advisor, Putnam Investments; Senior Strategist and Economist, SPP Investment Management. He has also held management positions at Primark Decision Economics, Lehman Brothers, DRI, and McGraw-Hill. David has a Ph.D. and an M.A. from Michigan State University and a B.A. in Economics fomr the University College Dublin.
